What Can Be Reported?
Our moderation and safety teams review reports relating to listings, property information, user behavior and marketplace integrity.
Scam Listing
Listings suspected of fraud, fake ownership claims or attempts to deceive users.
Fake Photos
Images that do not accurately represent the property being advertised.
Duplicate Listing
The same property repeatedly posted to manipulate visibility or search results.
Misleading Information
Descriptions, amenities, locations or details that appear inaccurate or deceptive.
Incorrect Pricing
Pricing displayed that appears intentionally misleading or significantly different from reality.
Harassment
Abusive, threatening or inappropriate behavior by agents, owners or users.
Illegal Content
Content that violates laws, regulations or LodgeCam platform policies.
Suspicious Agent
Agents, businesses or individuals engaging in questionable or deceptive practices.
Important Notice
Submitting false reports may delay investigations and negatively impact legitimate users. Please provide accurate information and supporting evidence whenever possible to help our team review reports efficiently.

How Investigations Work
Every report submitted through LodgeCam follows a structured review process designed to ensure fairness, accuracy and user safety.
Report Received
Our system records your report and forwards it to the appropriate moderation or safety team for review.

Initial Review
Moderators assess the reported listing, account or activity to determine whether further investigation is required.

Evidence Verification
Supporting screenshots, listing information, communications and other evidence are reviewed where available.

Corrective Action
Where violations are confirmed, LodgeCam may remove listings, suspend accounts, request verification or take additional actions.

Resolution
Once the review is completed, the case is documented and appropriate actions are finalized by our team.

Investigation times vary depending on complexity, available evidence and report volume. Urgent safety-related reports may receive priority review when necessary.
