1. Nature of Information Service
LodgeCam functions exclusively as an open-access online real estate advertising venue and interactive directory framework. We provide web space, communication infrastructure, and administrative tools to connect property seekers, buyers, and renters with independent real estate agents, property managers, agencies, and private landlords.
LodgeCam is not a real estate brokerage, certified property evaluation consultancy, or legal representative. The tools, calculations, media indicators, and blog information entries presented across LodgeCam are provided strictly for general informational enrichment purposes and do not constitute formal professional, legal, structural, or financial counsel.
2. Third-Party Listing Accuracy and Verification
All information related to property assets, pricing tiers, amenity indices, geographical boundaries, utility profiles (including water and electrical grid status), and availability status listed on LodgeCam is uploaded directly by independent platform contributors. While LodgeCam employs security monitoring efforts to screen accounts, we do not verify, audit, or guarantee the physical accuracy, validity, safety, or compliance of the listed assets.
⚠️ ENFORCED USER PROTOCOL: Property buyers and renters are strictly requested to independently verify the legitimacy of any listing, profile badge, documentation file, and contract parameter before signing commitments or transferring funds.
3. Financial and Transactional Liability
LodgeCam does not process, handle, intermediate, or escrow security deposits, agency fees, viewing commissions, or down payments on behalf of platform visitors or agents. All transactional dispatches, including Mobile Money (MoMo/Orange Money) transfers, cash receipts, and bank wires occur strictly offline outside of LodgeCam’s infrastructural control.
LodgeCam is absolutely exempt from civil and financial liability for losses resulting from scams, identity theft, double-listing frauds, or non-refundable deposits occurring during independent interactions with marketplace users.
4. Physical Site Visit and Security Advisory
Any offline meeting, neighborhood physical exploration tour, site visit, or apartment inspection coordinated between a registered user and an onboarding agent is conducted entirely at your own risk. LodgeCam is not responsible for physical incidents, injury, property damage, or safety hazards encountered during property visits across any regional territory.
5. Explicit Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed under applicable law in the Republic of Cameroon, LodgeCam, its technical administrators, and parent corporate stakeholders shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform services.
