Listings, Content & Marketplace Terms
LodgeCam operates as a property marketplace that connects property owners, agents, businesses and prospective tenants or buyers. Users remain responsible for the information they publish and share through the platform.
Property Listings
Users are responsible for ensuring that listing information, pricing, descriptions, amenities, photographs and availability details are accurate and up to date.
Photos & Media
Users must only upload photographs, videos and content they own or have permission to use. Content must not violate copyright or intellectual property rights.
User Content
By publishing content on LodgeCam, users grant the platform permission to display, distribute and promote that content as necessary for marketplace operations.
Verification
Verification labels may be applied to certain listings or users. Verification does not guarantee the condition, legality or suitability of any property.
Listing Removal
LodgeCam reserves the right to edit, suspend, reject or remove listings that violate platform policies, applicable laws or marketplace standards.
User Transactions
Agreements, payments and negotiations between users remain the responsibility of the parties involved and occur outside LodgeCam’s direct control.
Marketplace Role Of LodgeCam
LodgeCam provides technology, search tools, communication features and listing services designed to help users discover properties across Cameroon. Unless expressly stated otherwise, LodgeCam is not the owner, landlord, broker, developer, property manager or legal representative of listed properties.
While we strive to maintain a trustworthy marketplace, LodgeCam cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, legality or condition of every listing, user profile or property advertised on the platform.
Users are encouraged to independently verify property information, inspect properties where appropriate and conduct their own due diligence before entering into any transaction.
Liability, Disclaimers & Account Management
LodgeCam works to provide reliable marketplace services, however certain risks and limitations are inherent to online platforms and property transactions.
Platform Availability
We strive to maintain uninterrupted access but cannot guarantee continuous availability of the platform at all times.
Features, tools and services may be modified, updated, suspended or discontinued without prior notice.
LodgeCam does not guarantee property availability, listing accuracy, transaction outcomes or user behavior.
Account Management
Accounts may be restricted, suspended or terminated for violations of platform rules, fraud or unlawful activity.
Listings, media and user-generated content may be removed when deemed necessary to protect users or platform integrity.
Users remain responsible for maintaining account security and safeguarding login credentials.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LodgeCam shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform, listings, communications, transactions or services provided through the marketplace.
LodgeCam acts as a technology platform connecting users and does not assume responsibility for agreements, disputes, property conditions, financial transactions, legal compliance, damages, losses or obligations arising between users.
Users agree to use the platform at their own discretion and are encouraged to independently verify all property information before making decisions or entering into agreements.
